Creating and editing a job post, clearer and smoother
Every step of creating and editing a job post was reworked. You can create the request without leaving, use Improve with AI on just the text you select, and accept or discard all suggestions at once. Activating takes you to the Overview.
- New fields: state or province, Application deadline, team members and Variable compensation.
- Your careers page shows the state, the deadline, benefits and, if you show salary, variable compensation. After the deadline it says Applications closed.
- Ask Reclee builds the job post with you step by step.
- Steps that used to get stuck are fixed.
Ask Reclee, redesigned for desktop and mobile
Whatever Ask Reclee opens lands as tabs in the work panel, next to the chat. You can copy an answer, ask for another one, see which step it's on and stop it with Esc.
- Floating chat with Ctrl+J.
- In the sidebar: pinned chats, your 15 most recent, search with Ctrl+K and a new chat with Ctrl+Shift+O.
How Ask Reclee works
Notifications in a side panel
The bell opens a full-height panel next to the sidebar. The list filters by type and by job post, splits All and Unread, and groups several finished sourcing runs into one row. In notification settings, each switch saves as soon as you flip it.
Set up your careers page with a live preview
Settings now sit on two tabs, Look and Content, with the preview beside them. Every change saves on its own.
- Pick any color, not just the seven suggested ones.
- Hover over a typeface to try it on the preview.
- Click the heading, the apply button or the footer in the preview to edit them.
Select everything, and notices that stay out of the way
In your talent pool, select all now picks every row in your search or filter, not just the page, up to 5,000. Bulk actions sit on a tab at the foot of the list, and notices pop up from there with Undo, without covering the pager.
- Tables show 25 rows per page.
- In the ATS, In process and Disqualified are tabs. On mobile, the profile splits Profile and Job posts.
CRM: activity tells each lead's whole story
A lead's activity now logs on its own when the company, each person and each request were added, plus edits and archiving. You can correct an entry and date calls and meetings on the day they happened.
- Archived people are listed and can be restored.
- Pick the primary person when editing.
- Imports show which columns go unused and which rows already exist before you import.
- Fixes: filters that emptied the list, compound names split on edit, and the funnel breaking while dragging.
